Fees & Accessibility

Individual Therapy
Sessions can occur in durations of 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes depending on your specific needs which we can collaboratively discuss. The fees are as followed:

One hour session (60 minutes): $120

One hour and a half session (90 minutes): $150

Two hour session (120 minutes): $200

Couples Therapy

One hour couples session (60 minutes): $120

One hour and a half couples session (90 minutes): $150

Two hour couples session (120 minutes): $200

Family Therapy

One hour family session (60 minutes): $140

One hour and a half family session (90 minutes): $170

Two hour family session (120 minutes): $220

We can confirm your specific rate during our initial consultation.

Payment can be provided through e-transfer, cash, or direct billing. Invoices are provided for your records and insurance purposes.

Accessibility & Support
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those facing financial barriers that are $60 per hour. I can also provide receipts for insurance reimbursement and I am open to discussing financial concerns together to ensure care remains sustainable for you.
